Write to us

Write to help@racket.day about anything: the sign-in code or link does not arrive, a score is wrong, a name in a lineup needs fixing. A person answers. Write in English, Portuguese or Russian.

If the question is about one tournament, name its code — six characters from the address or from the slip at the desk.

Delete your account and data

On your own: profile → “Delete profile”. This works both in the app and in the browser at racket.day.

Without the app: write to help@racket.day and name the phone number or email address you sign in with. We will make sure it is you and start the deletion.

After the request you get 30 days to change your mind — until then the deletion can be cancelled in your profile or by the same email. After that the profile is anonymized.

• Erased: phone number, email address, Telegram id, device addresses, password, first and family name, year of birth, gender, playing hand and court side.
• Kept: scores of matches played, standings and rating — they belong to your opponents too. Your name in them becomes “Player #N”.

Report a tournament

If a tournament or its organizer breaks the rules, write to help@racket.day. A person answers.

Name the tournament code — six characters from the address — and describe what happened. If it is about one match, name the day and the court.
